Both Pravin Mehta & Ashwin Doshi comes from a diamond as well as a real estate, construction background. During the initial years ofJ.Jayesh, when both the partners were struggling, these two guided them to a better path and during the end of 20th Century, both of them eventually joined the company visioning towards a better future. Next few years the company kept on trying business in Surat, Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi & even Hongkong with the help of their younger roots.
